At present,there is a lack of seamless connection among railway,highway,waterway and aviation.It is difficult for the equipment in the existing intermodal transport hub to break through this bottleneck in the process of transshipment.The research and development of the multimodal intermodal intelligent air railway collection and distribution system can be used to cope with the heavy shortage of the capacity of collection and transportation in the intermodal hub.In this system,the frame carrying container runs at high speed in the air track,and the collision may occur due to the collision of the frame due to the mechanism or control problem,causing serious social impact.In order to ensure the safety of the system structure after collision,this paper carried out simulation analysis on the collision and buffer energy absorption device of the frame.Firstly,the current research status of collision problems at home and abroad is described in this paper.Through the analysis of the characteristics of system collision,the research methods of explicit nonlinear dynamic analysis are selected.The explicit nonlinear finite element theory,hourglass control,contact algorithm,etc.The basic theory was studied and the mathematical description of the system collision was completed.Secondly,based on the design drawings,the geometric model of the collection and distribution system is established.After reasonable simplification and preprocessing,the ABAQUS software is used to simulate the collision of the model under different operating speeds,linear and curved operating conditions.The displacement and stress of the components during the collision are analyzed,and the danger of strength failure of the lock mechanism,the corner piece and the pin is pointed out.Finally,the related contents of the collision energy absorption theory are introduced.The related technologies and devices for passive protection of vehicle collision energy absorption in the railway industry are studied.The collection and distribution system is compared with the track "vehicle",according to the "Technical Regulations for Railway Technology" and the main technical performance parameters are selected by the coupler buffer device,and the collision simulation of the same working condition is carried out.By comparing and analyzing the structural stress before and after the installation of the buffer device,the applicability of the coupler buffer device is proved,and the collection and distribution system can be effectively improved.The production efficiency and safety,and the recommended value of the safety connection speed during normal operation of the system.
