This paper presents a new type of flat-plate heat pipe solar PV / T heat pump system.First,the mathematical model(dynamic distributed parameter model)of the heat pipe solar PV / T heat collection system is improved,and it is based on the flat heat pipe solar PV built by the previous group The test data of the / T heat collection system was compared and verified on the mathematical model,and then the verified mathematical model was used to simulate and analyze the effects of different photovoltaic cell coverage,backsheet absorption rate,heat pipe spacing and radiation intensity on the system thermal / electrical performance.Subsequently,this paper built the experimental device of the new flat heat pipe solar PV / T heat collection system and the new flat heat pipe solar PV / T heat pump system,and set up a pure photovoltaic system as a control group.The thermal / electrical performance of the system was measured,and the daily test data of typical working conditions was selected to analyze the performance of the system.Finally,this paper establishes a mathematical model of a new flat-plate heat pipe solar PV / T heat pump system,which consists of a dynamic distribution parameter model of a new flat-plate heat pipe solar PV / T heat collector system and a steady-state distributed parameter model of the heat pump system.The experimental data are compared and verified to the mathematical model,and the verified mathematical model is used to simulate the operation of the winter system and the structural optimization analysis.It provides a reference for the subsequent improvement of the new flat plate heat pipe solar PV / T heat pump system.In this paper,the model accuracy of the new flat heat pipe solar PV / T heat collection system has been further improved.The simulation analysis of the new flat-plate heat pipe solar PV / T heat collection system shows that increasing the circulating water flow of the system and the received solar radiation illuminance,reducing the system’s photovoltaic coverage and heat pipe spacing are all conducive to improving the system’s thermal performance.Increasing the photovoltaic coverage and solar radiation intensity of the system can significantly improve the electrical performance of the system.In this paper,the performance comparison between the flat heat pipe solar PV / T heat pump system,the heat collection system and the pure photovoltaic system shows that in terms of electrical performance,the flat heat pipe solar PV / T heat pump system has the best electrical performance and the electric power of the system Compared with the pure PV system,the electrical efficiency is increased by 27.5% and 25.0% respectively.The electrical performance of the flat heat pipe solar PV / T heat collection system is next,and the electrical power and electrical efficiency of the system are improved by 9.19% and 6.5% compared with the pure PV system.In terms of thermal performance,the overall electric heating performance of the flat heat pipe PV / T heat pump system is better than that of the new flat heat pipe solar PV / T heat collector system,and its thermal power and thermal efficiency are relatively improved by 103.2% and 168.9%.Relatively increased by 16.8% and 76.5%.In this paper,the simulated value calculated by the mathematical model of the flat heat pipe PV / T heat pump system is in good agreement with the measured data,and the relative deviation is kept between-13.1% and 11.5%,which can accurately predict the thermoelectric performance of the system.Finally,the simulation analysis of the operating conditions of the flat heat pipe PV / T heat pump system in winter shows that the system has excellent thermal / electric performance in winter.The improved mathematical model in this paper has certain reference significance for the performance research and optimization design of the new flat heat pipe solar PV / T heat pump system.
