Research On Three-Dimensional Greening Design Of Public Space Of Beijing High-Rise Office Building

The problem of urban environment is becoming more and more serious.Increasing urban greening is one of the solutions,but the land resources are limited and the traditional greening mode relies heavily on the land.The three-dimensional greening of buildings just provides us with the idea of using vertical space to increase urban greening landscape.At the same time,ecology,green and sharing become the development trend of high-rise office buildings,and high-rise office buildings have vertical space advantages,so the combination design of building three-dimensional greening and high-rise office buildings has practical basis and research significance.The research area of this paper is Beijing area,and the building type is limited to high-rise office building.It explores the design method of the combination of building three-dimensional greening and public space.At present,the research on the three-dimensional greening in Beijing is mainly from the perspective of vertical greening,roof greening,three-dimensional greening technology,three-dimensional greening plant selection,etc.This paper will study the collaborative design of the three-dimensional greening of buildings and the public space of high-rise office buildings from the perspective of architecture.First of all,the high-rise office buildings implementing three-dimensional greening in Beijing were investigated to understand the location,form and use of three-dimensional greening space,and to summarize the problems of three-dimensional greening space.Secondly,analyze the deep causes of the problems,including three reasons: the lag of the three-dimensional greening of the building public space design,the neglect of the user's space experience,and the neglect of the public space function.According to the reasons,it determines the principles of the coordination of the three-dimensional greening of the building with the public space design,the optimization of the public space experience,and the fit of the public space function.Thirdly,according to the practical cases,this paper sums up the design method of the combination of three-dimensional greening and public space,and analyzes the factors that affect the implementation of three-dimensional greening according to the climate characteristics and technical requirements of Beijing.Finally,guided by the design principles,drawing on the design techniques and balancing the design factors,the paper puts forward the strategy of combining the three-dimensional greening of buildings with the public space of high-rise office buildings in Beijing.Combined with the practical project-Project of Beijing Lize E06,verify the feasibility of the design principles and design strategies proposed in the actual.
