Research On Public Space Optimization Design Of Contemporary High Rise Office Building In China

Since the 21 st century,China’s high-rise buildings are blooming everywhere,and the overall design level of China’s high-rise office buildings has been greatly improved.High rise office buildings play an important role in the city,which can attract enterprises to settle in the economic aspect,driving regional development,and also play a landmark role in the aspect of urban landscape.The public space of high-rise office building,as its own functions and the connection between the building and the city,plays an important role in the comfort of the building.The public space can be understood as a "lubricant",which can better connect the relationship between the high-rise office building and the city.It can improve people’s evaluation of space comfort.In today’s high-rise office building projects,the design of public space has been paid attention to,but compared with the design of shape and main use space,the design of public space has a long way to perfection.The author also found some deficiencies in the use of high-rise office buildings.The first chapter puts forward the question,determines the research content,the scope,the research method and the research frame;In the second chapter,it analyzes the problems,orders the development background of high-rise office building public space,and analyzes the examples and current situation of high-rise office building public space;The third chapter is to solve the problems and put forward the strategies to guide the optimization design of public space in high-rise office buildings;The fourth chapter is the combination of theory and practice,combined with the author’s graduation project for theoretical demonstration.In this paper,through the analysis of the current problems of high-rise office building public space,from the user’s point of view,in order to enhance the sense of space experience in the use process,this part also discusses the design optimization of high-rise office building public space,and some methods that can guide the design of high-rise office building public space are obtained.
