| Beijing has a long history and culture with rich cultural heritage and cultural resources.As a part of Beijing's central city,Xicheng District's history has more than 3,000 years and rich in cultural heritage.There are 363 immovable culture relics in Xicheng District,and about one-third of them have unreasonable use according to 2016 data.In recent years,Xicheng District has vacating a number of immovable cultural relics,such as temples,former celebrity residences,China's time-honored brands and so on.As the government has spent a lot of resources to vacated cultural relics,how to completely protection,utilization,display the value of cultural heritage has become an urgent problem to be solved.On the basis of detailed field research on the vacated cultural relics in Xicheng District of Beijing,the author selected 52 representative ones as research objects after referenced the government documents.The penman classifies the research objects according to the relevant regulations on the protection of cultural relics,and summarizes the distribution characteristics,value,protection and utilization of cultural buildings.Based on research and analysis,the writer discusses the protection methods of cultural relics buildings from several different levels,and also puts forward some protection opinions for the ones in vacating.In addition,the author elaborated on the utilization principles and utilization methods of the research object from three aspects: utilization function,available resources,and operation management.This article has the necessary reference significance for the protection and utilization of the retreat heritage buildings.It also has a certain reference role to excavate and display the cultural connotation and spiritual value of Beijing's historical and cultural cities.Meanwhile,it plays a certain role in promoting how to display cultural heritage vividly,revitalize the urban cultural heritage and benefit the people. |
