Study On The Protection And Reuse Of Military Camp Cultural Relics Buildings In Lvshun Area

In modern history,historical events such as the westernization movement,the Russo-Japanese war,the First Sino-Japanese war and the Anti-Japanese War occurred in Lv Shun Kou District of Dalian,leaving many important historical relics of modern times.This area has been subject to military control for a long time.A large number of immovable cultural relics have been left in the barracks,which are important accumulation places of precious historical buildings.In order to promote the protection and reuse of military cultural relics in key areas and improve the level of protection and management.This paper takes the military barracks historical buildings in Lvshun area as the research object,adopts the method of literature research,field investigation and empirical analysis,highlights the special attributes of the military management area,and studies the protection and reuse of the military barracks historical buildings in this area.First of all,this paper classifies and sorts out the theoretical results of the protection and reuse of military cultural relics at home and abroad,reviews the development process from the legal level of military installation protection.Then this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the value of military cultural relics from the aspects of historical value,artistic value,cultural value and social value,focusing on the characteristics of cultural relics in military management areas.On this basis,this paper summarizes the factors affecting the protection and reuse of military barracks in Lv Shun area through a large number of data and researches as well as the actual management and protection work.It clarifies the status quo of the protection and reuse of existing cultural relics,reveals the contradiction between the safe inheritance and rational development and utilization of cultural relics,and it refines the special requirements for the protection and reuse of military cultural relics.Finally,combined with the reuse cases in Lvshun area and other areas in the army,this paper distinguishes the protection in use,rescue protection and repair protection from the aspects of macro,micro,protection planning,control zone demarcation and key technology application,and it proposes protection strategies according to the classification.Focusing on the protection and development needs of national and military cultural relics,this paper proactively puts forward appropriate display,limited use,functional expansion and other strategies.It evaluates the relevant strategies from the aspects of the ontology value preservation,comprehensive benefit development and the feasibility of policy mechanism,so as to make it more operable.The engineering examples cited are all completed projects.They are consistent with the basic principles of the protection and reuse of cultural relics in Lvshun area.
