Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Cultural Relics And Related Issues Of The Project Of Diverting The Yangtze River To Huaihe River

The Yangtze Sanxia project is another important large-scale inter-basin water transfer project in China after the Three Gorges Project and the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.According to the "Relics Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant regulations,the Anhui Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology conducts archaeological investigation,exploration and field excavation of the project-related areas.This article discusses the protection and utilization of cultural relics of the Yinjiang-Jihuai Project and related issues.The first part is an introduction,explaining the background,significance,current situation and methods of the topic.The second part systematically sorted out the cultural relics protection work of the Yinjiang-Jihuai Project from organizational preparation to specific implementation,and selected representative sites for detailed introduction.The third part elaborates the use of cultural relics protection achievements,involving academic research,publicity and education,display and display,etc.The fourth part is related thinking on the utilization of cultural relics in the Yinjiang-Jihuai project,analyzes the common problems in the protection of cultural relics in the construction of basic projects across the country,proposes countermeasures,and puts forward suggestions for the protection and utilization of the cultural relics in the Yinjiang-Jihuai project.In the protection of cultural relics of infrastructure projects,efforts should be made to: all parties maintain communication and strive for sufficient time for rescue archaeological excavations;strictly abide by the "Field Archaeological Operation Rules" to ensure the quality of excavations;post-arrangement and compilation reports must be submitted on time Don't delay.For large-scale infrastructure projects,we can draw on the work model of cultural relics protection of the Yinjiang-Jaihuai Project,and set up a leading group to make overall arrangements for the excavation work of each cultural relic site,to ensure that there are supervision units and acceptance personnel to supervise and inspect the entire process of excavation work.It is also necessary to pay attention to the utilization and transformation of cultural relics protection achievements,use various means to promote cultural relics protection knowledge,actively hold exhibitions,and promote academic research.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for the protection and utilization of cultural relics in the Yinjiang-Jihuai Project: cultural tourism development,construction of landscape belts along the route,construction of exhibition halls,public archaeological activities,and further exploration of academic connotation.This article comprehensively sorts out and analyzes the specific content and utilization of the cultural relics protection works of the Yinjiang-Jihuai Project,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.It is hoped that it will be helpful for the further transformation of the cultural relics protection results of the project,and also for the protection of cultural relics in other infrastructure Work provides a reference.
