Economic globalization is the general trend nowadays,and the global economy and market are highly integrated in an unprecedented situation.As a strategic industry of national development,communication industry is developing rapidly.As a key technology to support the future interconnection of all things,5G network is stepping into the "right track".The "broadband China strategy" proposed in 2011 is also to improve the construction of broadband networks in China.With the construction of 5G and the implementation of "broadband China",the important position of communication equipment in the network infrastructure is once again highlighted.At the same time,with the further development of 5G and the rapid integration of new technical forces in the field of domestic communication equipment,the market competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.As a traditional communication equipment manufacturer,CSF company is facing increasingly fierce market competition.The increase of cost and the emergence of new technology challenge the operation of enterprises.At the same time,it is more necessary for enterprises to further explore the market from the perspective of marketing and occupy a larger market share to increase sales revenue.In the actual operation of the enterprise,20% of the major customers of the enterprise may create 80% of the profits for the enterprise.In this paper,the marketing strategy of CSF company's key customers is studied,so as to improve the market share of key customer.This paper introduces the current industry competition environment of CSF company based on the marketing,key customer marketing strategies and the promotion of the market competitiveness of the company.It divides the key customer of different industries involved in the company's products.Through SWOT analysis and STP analysis,it makes 4R marketing strategy for CSF company.According to the situation of the enterprise,formulate targeted problem-solving solutions.From the conclusion,we can see that the marketing strategy is not targeted,the marketing system is not perfect and the personnel organization is not reasonable.Through the development of effective safeguard measures,to achieve the effective development of key customer marketing work.At the same time,the paper also puts forward other suggestions to ensure the marketing work of key customer,including communication and cooperation between different departments of enterprises to promote effective communication and achieve effective service for key customer.
