The Nuggets electronic control product market is the only way for the new era electric company to change its growth mode and improve its quality and efficiency.European and American governments have always attached great importance to the basic position of electrical companies in the national economy.They have issued opinions and measures to promote the sustainable development of electrical companies,and regard electronic control products as the main direction for the improvement of quality and efficiency of electrical companies.However,due to factors cost increase,resource environment constraints and other factors,in the past,the high-input,high-consumption extensive development model can not be sustained,and the technology level of the electronic control product market determines the product added value and market position.Therefore,accelerating the integration of the two enterprises,promoting the transformation of electronic control products,upgrading,business innovation,and marketing model innovation is an important content to achieve the middle and high end of our electric company.The research and development technology of high voltage frequency converter equipment in China has entered a relatively mature stage,but there is a large gap between the developed countries in Europe and the United States,both in terms of market scale and technology level,and in the marketing management of electronic controlled products.This also provides an opportunity for China's electronic control product market to excavate gold.Based on this,this paper,through a case study on the marketing practice of electric control products of company A,hopes to provide empirical evidence for the development of the high voltage inverter market in our country,and speed up the transformation and upgrading of electronic control products enterprises in our country.The main contents and research findings of this article are as follows: First,explain the background of the research on the electronic control product marketing of Company A,point out the purpose and significance of the research,and focus on combing the literature to find out the research direction and research foundation,research methods,and innovation points of this article;Secondly,the theoretical analysis framework of A company's electronic control product marketing strategy is constructed.It basically clarifies the connotation of A company's electronic control product marketing strategy,clarifies the current situation and characteristics of A company's electronic control product marketing development,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze A company's electronic control product marketing environment,and finds out its existing problems.Thirdly,the panel data model is used to analyze the factors affecting the marketing of A company's electronic control products,to find out the pain points,and to analyze the reasons.Fourth,from the product,price,customer,channel,brand and so on,put forward A company electronic control product marketing mix strategy;Finally,according to the theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper gives the guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of A company's electronic control product marketing strategy.
