With the discovery of rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB and the development and improvement of motor control technology,in some linear motion scenes that need high precision,high speed and high acceleration speed,permanent magnet linear motor has shown the advantages that other motors can’t match.From the perspective of the design of the LIM body,the previous research focuses on the single-sided permanent magnet synchronous Lim with small output thrust and the optimization of its thrust fluctuation.The focus of this paper is on the design of the double-sided permanent magnet Lim,which can be summarized as follows:This paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of linear motor and each development stage,compares the latest performance of linear motor products of main manufacturers at home and abroad,summarizes the latest research results of domestic and foreign scientific research institutions on linear motor,and also introduces the new methods and theories of structure and control proposed by domestic and foreign experts and scholars to reduce the thrust fluctuation of linear motor.The design process of each two-sided permanent magnet linear motor by analytical method is described in detail,including two kinds of two-sided linear motors with iron core and one kind of two-sided U-type non iron core permanent magnet linear motor;for two-sided linear motors with iron core,the primary silicon steel sheet tooth and groove,coil arrangement are designed respectively,and for the secondary,the permanent magnet and yoke are designed;the two-sided non iron core u is classified and discussed All kinds of winding of linear motor.By introducing the theory of internal electromagnetic field of the motor,the magnetic field model of the first kind of linear motor with two-sided iron core is simplified to that of the linear motor with one-sided permanent magnet,and the mathematical expression of the magnetic flux density of each internal structure of the linear motor is obtained;for the linear motor without two-sided iron core,the equivalent magnetization current method and the equivalent magnetic potential method are used respectively.
