| Performance Excellence Model(PEM)has become the crystallization of management experience of international leading enterprises and the goal of domestic enterprises pursuing excellent performance.It provides a quality system construction framework with more connotation than ISO9000 and TS16949.Performance Excellence Model regards the enterprise as a whole and plans the daily operation and management of the organization with scientific and effective methods,so as to improve the efficiency of enterprise management.By improving the management quality,we can seek the long-term stable development of the enterprise and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.Huizhou Desay SV Automotive Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as: Desay SV)which is a more than 30 years experienced enterprise in the automotive industry,is facing of the following challenges: the rapid changes in technology and market,the trend of Intelligent Internet connected vehicles,and the increasing pressure of continuous improvement of product quality.At the same time,the quality management system implemented by the enterprise shows the problems as the following: the connotation is not enough,meeting the basic entry requirements of automotive industry merely,being difficult to effectively support the company’s strategy,mismatching the company’s development vision,and affecting competitiveness negatively.Thus this is affecting the sustainable development of the enterprise.To improve the quality management system in an all-round way and introduce performance excellence management has become a major management measure of Desay SV.Based on the requirements of enterprise practice,it takes the construction of performance excellence management system of Desay SV as the research theme,uses the principle of performance excellence management model to diagnosis and dissect the current situation of the company’s quality system,finds out the shortcomings and gaps,constructs the company’s quality system based on the performance excellence management model,and formulates the new system promotion plan and guarantee measures.The content of this research includes six chapters.First of all,the theoretical basis and analysis framework of the research are constructed on the basis of literature study,and the connotation development and core values of the Performance Excellence Model are elaborated respectively.Then,with the help of the implementation criteria of the Performance Excellence Model and the actual situation of Desay SV,the current system operation of Desay SV is comprehensively analyzed and diagnosed,through interviews,questionnaires and The comparative criteria analysis method diagnoses and finds the status and existing problems of the current six dimensions of the enterprise under the requirements of the Performance Excellence Model,which shows the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the Performance Excellence Management system of Desay SV.Then combined with the requirements of Performance Excellence Model and the problems found,the research designs the development solution of Performance Excellence Management system,and puts forward the implementation solution and safeguard measures according to the design.This research explores the construction scheme of the Performance Excellence Management model of Desay SV,which will upgrade and improve the management system and operation quality of the enterprise,and lay the foundation for the enterprise to establish the quality system based on the Performance Excellence Management mode.In addition,the research results provide a very valuable reference for the domestic automotive electronic parts enterprises to introduce the Performance Excellence Management model and pursue the Performance Excellence Management system for enterprise management. |
