The power system is an electric energy production and consumption system composed of power generation,transmission,distribution and electricity consumption.Among them,the cluster analysis of the power load and the economic load distribution are important components of the study of the power system.With the rapid growth of power load,load clustering analysis has become an important basis for finely solving the outstanding problems of the power industry.Through deep mining of user-side power load characteristics,it is possible to make optimal adjustments to load distribution,reduce power generation investment and operating economic costs,and effectively solve the problem of contradiction between supply and demand.Aiming at the problem of power system load clustering analysis and load distribution,this thesis proposes power load adaptive fuzzy c-means clustering analysis method and improved whale optimization economic load distr ibution algorithm.The main research work is as follows:This thesis aims at clustering analysis of power system load and economic allocation problem,using improved whale optimization algorithm(WOA)to fuzzy c-means(FCM)clustering analysis method of power load,power economic load distribution methods were studied.The main research work is as follows:1.In the analysis of power load clustering,the fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm is unable to determine the number of clusters in advance and is sensitive to the cluster center,which may lead to inaccurate load clustering and affect the clustering results.Power load clustering analysis method based on WOA-FCM algorithm.A new clustering validity index is used to determine the number of clusters,and a whale optimization algorithm with strong searching ability is introduced to select the initial center.The algorithm can automatically determine the number of clusters and optimize the cluster center during operation.Through the performance test experiments,the effectiveness of the two improved methods in determining the number of clusters and cluster centers is verified,which can provide good initial parameters for cluster analysis.The improved algorithm can make more reasonable and effective clustering of power load data,accurately divide the common and different features in the load,and improve the overall clustering effect of the load.2.The problem of power economic load distribution optimization is non-convex.In order to achieve the optimal economic load,a power economic load distribution method based on mixed strategy improved whale optimization algorithm(MSWOA)is proposed.The use of chaotic maps to generate initial populations lays the foundation for the algorithm's global search,introduces the global exploration and local development capabilities of nonlinear strategy balancing algorithms,and sets thresholds for mutation operations to avoid premature convergence of the algorithm.Through performance testing,it is verified that the improved algorithm has a significant improvement in search speed and convergence accuracy,and it has a strong ability to get rid of the local optimal solution.Experiments show that the improved algorithm has obvious advantages in terms of convergence speed and determination of the minimum cost when solving the problem of power economic load optimization.
