Preliminary Study On The Planning And Design Of Suburban Mountain Tourism Resort Based On Tourist Experience

With the improvement of people's vacation needs,sightseeing tourism can no longer meet the tourists' vacation needs,and leisure vacation has become a new trend in tourism development;The increasing leisure time of urban residents in daily life,the proportion of micro-vacation mode in the suburbs of the city gradually increases;Tourist resorts,mainly based on leisure and vacation,have good development prospects,but there are also many problems in the development and construction,which are difficult to meet the high-quality and diversified needs of tourists.The author divides suburban tourist resorts according to location factors and resource types,and selects remote suburban mountain tourist resorts as research objects.In the study,the author explores the contents and methods of the planning and design of suburban mountain tourist resorts from the perspective of tourist experience,and provides some reference and reference for similar research in the future.The factors that affect the experience of tourists in tourist sites have various and complex characteristics.Therefore,the author takes the elements of the tourist site as an entry point to study in depth.In the study,the combination of the deep structural division of tourists in the tourism experience and the material and non-material elements of the tourism site are combined,and the types of tourism organization elements that constitute the tourism site are proposed.And divide the tourism site into three levels of surface experience,middle experience and deep experience,and construct the element system framework of the tourism site.The author selects suburban mountain tourist resorts with better domestic regional economic conditions,higher tourism vacation popularity,and higher tourist recognition as the research objects to explore the laws of commonality and universality of suburban mountain tourist resorts.In the end,the Gubei WTown in the Bohai Sea area around Beijing and Tianjin and the Jianhua Bay in the Yangtze River Delta were selected as the sample cases in this article.Through on-site investigation of sample cases,the author delineates the main activities of tourists from an overall level,and studies the composition of elements of the tourist site.Finally,the questionnaire survey is used to summarize the tourist behavior and tourist preference features,It provides ideas for planning and designing contents and methods for suburban mountain tourist resorts.Through the preliminary documentation and field investigation of sample cases,from the overall layout and detailed planning,the contents and methods of planning and design of suburban mountain tourist resorts based on tourist experience are discussed.Study the development mode and the content and methods of spatial layout at the overall layout level,and delineate the key design scope of the tourist site;At the detailed planning level,it is divided into three levels of surface experience,middle experience and deep experience according to the depth structure of the tourist experience.The surface experience is mainly based on the construction of the physical space of the tourism site,and it is built from three aspects: functional zoning,transportation organization and tourism service facility configuration recommendations;The middle-level experience is based on the planning of tourism public activities,and the research activities are content setting,public space layout and tour route design;The deep experience is mainly based on the configuration of leisure and holiday activities,which diversify and characterize leisure and holiday activities to meet the leisure needs of tourists of different ages.Finally,this design method is applied to the planning and design of Mingyue Mountain Forest Holiday Resort in Min'an,Henan,which provides new design ideas and research methods for the planning and design of suburban mountain tourist resort.
