Sponge City Under The Concept Of Urban Green Space System Research

With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China,the problems of resources and environment caused by urbanization have become increasingly prominent.Since the founding of new China,the pattern of urban growth has been difficult to sustain.Especially in recent years,the major cities in the heavy rainfall after the invasion,due to the extensive drainage system of underground fragile,resulting in serious floods,many cities into "every rain will flood,every flood will paralysis" dilemma.However,after the rain,due to the lack of perfect "stagnant water,water" facilities,resulting in the loss of abundant rainwater resources,and it can not be reasonably effective use.How to improve the urban rainwater environment and reduce the socio-economic losses caused by floods;how to make better use of rainwater resources for the well-being of the people,has become the immediate problems and social hot spots of common concern.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)made it clear that "in the face of the severe situation of tight resource constraints,serious environmental pollution and degeneration of ecosystems,we must establish the concept of respecting nature,conforming to nature and protecting nature.In a prominent position......".Xi Jinping,general secretary of the "sponge city construction," the speech pointed out that the construction of ecological civilization,the relationship between people's well-being,the future of the nation.In December 2013,the central urbanization work conference requirements,"the construction of natural accumulation,natural infiltration,natural purification sponge city".In this context,in November 2014,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a "sponge city construction technology guide-low-impact development of rainwater system construction." In December the same year,the Ministry of housing construction,the Ministry of Finance,Ministry of Water Resources three ministries jointly launched the first batch of sponge city construction pilot city declaration.Urban green space system as an important carrier in the sponge city construction,through the transformation of traditional drainage and waterlogging ideas,so that the city "flexible" to adapt to the rain environment,improve the city "immunity",the green space system as one of the important sponge,rain The rainwater will be absorbed,purified and stored.When the water is used,the rainwater will be released and flowed to the functional areas of the city,and reasonable measures will be taken to cut down the runoff pollution of the initial rainwater,complete the rainwater recycling and relieve the drought and waterlogging disaster zone to the city pressure.In this paper,the urban green space system as the core object of study,through the analysis of various types of green space in the green landscape measures and contrast,combined with China's domestic resources and the environment and the sponge city construction under the relevant national policies introduced to sustainable development design Water-sensitive landscapes within urban areas,social,economic and cultural values in the context of urban livability,urban planning and infrastructure integration with low technological content.
