Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid economic development,our country's civil construction industry has also been an unprecedented development.Earthwork plays an important role in civil engineering.At present,most of the earthwork allocation projects in the construction process,the engineering management are mostly based on the cumulative plot method and their practical engineering experience to develop earthwork allocation program.Obviously,this method can not meet the large earthwork allocation project of complex soil.Therefore,it is an important issue to set up the model which is suitable for large complex earthwork allocation.In this paper,based on the engineering of a certain airport runway,this paper makes a comprehensive research and technical analysis on the establishment of the earthwork allocation model,the application of the model and the comprehensive evaluation after the deployment.Firstly,the basic theory of earthwork allocation and the content of fuzzy mathematics analytic hierarchy process are introduced in detail.First,starting from the definition of earthwork,pointed out that the earthwork is set excavation,filling,transit,slag,comprehensive system,mining and transportation sectors which are widely used,is the basic part of the engineering construction.Secondly,this paper introduces the principle of the division of earthwork allocation area,and describes in detail the composition elements of earthwork allocation and the main factors affecting the earthwork allocation.Thirdly,from the two aspects of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process,this paper introduces the theoretical basis of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Secondly,using the theory of earthwork,earthwork engineering case analysis system,for earthwork engineering are introduced,respectively introduces earthwork site geological structure and seismic effect and groundwater conditions,earthwork engineering characteristics,difficulties and problems.Division of the regional allocation of earthwork allocation in the composition of the expenses and flow of materials to determine the earthwork engineering,earthwork price influence factors,optimization model and the constraint conditions for the establishment of earthwork,the practical engineering case as the research object used in earthwork allocationmodel has been established.The project of earthwork for the overall planning and deployment of the region made a preliminary analysis to determine the relevant parameters and earthwork allocation and transportation distance between each deployment area and deployment unit;and application software to solve the solution of earthwork allocation scheme,the allocation results are analyzed,from the division of construction machinery and the deployment area these two aspects are proposed for earthwork allocation suggestions.Finally,based on the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the comprehensive evaluation model of earthwork allocation is established.The three stage and the two stage comprehensive evaluation model.The system layer is considered from the three aspects of the cost evaluation of earthwork allocation,earthwork allocation efficiency evaluation and environmental evaluation,and the factor layer is the reference element which influences the corresponding indexes of the system layer.After the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model,the evaluation matrix structure of system layer of each index,the three index system evaluation results,combined with the three index system layer relative to the weight vector of the target layer,the overall evaluation results.The earthwork allocation of large scale and complex soil is a comprehensive problem.This paper establishes the optimization model for earthwork allocation,on the other hand,fuzzy AHP is introduced to the comprehensive evaluation of earthwork engineering,also has certain reference significance to the same type of earthwork engineering.
