In the process of hydraulic engineering construction,road transportation system is a material allocation system related to the construction process of the project.In order to study its characteristics in depth,traffic simulation technology is needed to simulate the allocation situation in the construction and transportation process,and to verify the feasibility of construction traffic layout and the rationality of construction organization design.Different from traditional simulation,microscopic traffic simulation technology can effectively reflect the stochastic factors of traffic flow and achieve the reproduction of traffic conditions according to the assumption,which has been widely used in research.As an effective tool for micro-traffic analysis,VISSIM can use computer technology to reproduce complex traffic phenomena,explain and analyze these phenomena,find out the crux of the problem,and ultimately optimize the traffic system studied,providing new ideas and methods for the simulation of water conservancy and Hydropower projects.On the basis of the characteristics of transportation system and the principle of system simulation of water conservancy and Hydropower projects,this paper studies and establishes the transportation system model in the construction site of earthwork allocation project based on the microscopic traffic simulation software VISSIM,deeply analyses the characteristics of various traffic elements in the field traffic system,accurately reproduces the operation of the transportation system,and realizes the road traffic density and intersection in the construction process of the project.Qualitative and Quantitative Output of Road Conditions such as Crossing and Queuing.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Based on the theory of road transportation system simulation,the advantages of microsimulation technology are highlighted by comparing and analyzing the types of traffic simulation at macro,medium and micro levels.Aiming at the micro level of this paper,VISSIM software,a commonly used traffic simulation tool,is introduced and briefly introduced.Aiming at earthwork allocation project,this paper systematically analyses the components of transportation system in construction site of water conservancy and Hydropower project.On the basis of in-depth analysis of VISSIM simulation principle and model theory,combined with the attributes and structures of various traffic participants in earthwork transportation system,the model structure of transportation simulation system in construction site of water conservancy and hydropower project is established,and the simulation process of material allocation and transportation system in construction site in VISSIM software is explained in detail,so as to ensure the accuracy of simulation and realize each of them.The real-time state of traffic entities at the micro level simulates the temporal and spatial changes of real materials.Based on the actual transportation in the construction site of the earth-rock allocation and transportation project of Misong Hydropower Station,the simulation is carried out.According to the number and type of transport vehicles allocated by debris flow and the real road conditions in construction site,the simulation results,such as the traffic density in each period and the queuing status of traffic flow at intersections,can provide reference for construction organization design and construction site management.
