As the foundation of national Economy and national defense development,electric power should achieve moderate advance the economic development level in power grid construction.Power supply enterprises should not only ensure that the amount of electricity supply meets the needs of the current people,but also need use the vision of development to do a good job in power construction planning.With the gradual advancement of electric power marketing to modernization,the traditional way of obtaining power information has obviously been unable to meet the demand.With the proposal of building smart grid,it is also necessary to solve the problem of manual meter reading through modern management methods.The key to the solution is to do a good job in the collection of electricity information research,through automatic collection,to access the most original power data.In order to build smart grid,State Grid company put forward the goal of "full coverage,full collection,full cost control" power information collection system construction,which is the background of this research thesis.This thesis mainly carries on the research from the following aspects:(1)This thesis first discusses the Power information acquisition system from the system architecture level.Combined with the present situation of power supply equipment in Yueyang County area,the problems needing attention in the research in the future are put forward.And this chapter introduces the system preliminarily.At present,the construction of power information acquisition system can use a variety of communication methods.Compared with the technical requirements and economic benefits,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different communication methods in order to obtain the optimal solution in economy and practicality.(2)According to the realistic requirements of electricity information collection and the technical principle of data sampling,the end equipment is selected,the networking scheme is completed and an example of system construction is formed.(3)According to the problems found in the operation process of the initial completed acquisition system,the research on the way of improvement of the acquisition is carried out.Several common faults affecting the rate of acquisition are summarized,and the causes of abnormal occurrence are analyzed.According to the problems encountered in the operation and maintenance process,several typical cases are distilled.According to the above contents,this paper explores a series of operation and maintenance schemes to improve the success rate of acquisition.By assisting and guiding the practice of collecting operation and maintenance in power Supply Institute,a set of more complete evaluation system of acquisition index is formed.(4)Finally,according to the long construction cycle of the Power information acquisition system,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of the system in the next period of time.The paper also looks forward to the wider application of power information collection system in production and life.
