The collection and analysis of basic data is the key process for the professional tasks in modern power supply enterprises. Based on this situation, the quantity and quality of data largely influences the practical work.This brings up the demand of a system which collects power-consumption information (Power User Electric Energy Data Acquire System:PUEEDA System). This system is supposed to be smart enough to support the management and marketing of a modern power supply enterprise. PUEEDA System includes distance reading terminal, condition monitor, load measurement, lines loss and time to time electricity statistics-analysis-monitoring-interface. It provides technological support to analyze power consumption, to discover mistakes in measurement, to increase abilities of anti-stealing of electricity, and to reduce the risk of financial loss. With the PUEEDA system, the management skill of marketing department will be significantly increased. A solid base can be built for smart marketing system.This thesis initially describes the distribution grid planning, lines loss management, electricity power marketing, and ordered electricity. During those basic tasks, the author discusses the weakness and problems lies in the working process of Yuhang. With the aim of "concentration, efficiency, smart, professional", the author researched the application of PUEEDA system in Yuhang, and its potential innovation development in the future basing on current working situation.
