The Research On Light Intervention Design Strategy Of Non-traditional Villages

Under the influence of the rapid development of urbanization,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the rise of the rural construction boom,and the strong involvement of external forces,more and more villages have formed a“battalion-style” planning layout and the “one thousand villages” aspect.Local architecture is facing the dilemma of the disappearance of traditional features.Although village protection and renewal have received more and more attention,there are still some problems to be solved: First,non-traditional villages,as the main components of the vast rural areas of China,have not attracted enough attention to protect;second,“heavy The mode of transformation of the intervention has destroyed the texture and spatial form of the settlement.Thirdly,many architects have advocated the use of respectful attitude and careful design when intervening in rural practice,but there is still no systematic experience summary and theoretical research.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes the concept and strategy of“light intervention design”,through appropriate design and careful construction to reduce the intervention of the intervention object to achieve the purpose of protection,renewal and sustainable development.And through the literature collation,the status quo investigation,analysis and comparison methods,from the following aspects:Firstly,the field research and current situation analysis of non-traditional villages are summarized,the main problems are summarized,and the concepts and characteristics of “light intervention design” are defined,and the suitability,necessity and application scope of solving problems in non-traditional villages are clarified.And meaning;Secondly,after determining the scope of the research,the basis and enlightenment of the relevant theories of protection and renewal are obtained,and the focus,connotation,principle and goal of light intervention design are established in the renewal of non-traditional villages.Basic systemThirdly,from the two aspects of village planning and construction unit,combined with case analysis,the paper proposes specific strategies and techniques for light intervention design from five aspects: planning layout,function,technology,materials and form.The effect of the environment,the practical life,the rooting of local conditions,the use of local resources and the continuation of the original appearance of the village;Finally,taking the author’s residential reconstruction project in Longdong Village,Deyang,Sichuan as an example,the light intervention design strategy is further clarified from the practical point of view,and the shortcomings are summarized through reflection to guide and verify the design strategy.By introducing the concept of “light intervention design”,this paper calls for the protection and renewal of a non-traditional village in the design of non-traditional villages.By summarizing and extracting some practical methods,it provides a new idea for the transformation of the vast rural areas in the future,and also provides some experience and supplements to the rural practice under the architect’s intervention design.
