Research On User Experience And Interactive Interface Design Of NetEase Medical Intelligent Pregnancy Products

The research comes from the project "Linzy Intelligent Pregnancy Tester" of NetEase,which the author participated in during the internship.With the advancement of the "Internet + Medical care" wave,more and more Internet companies have entered the medical market.This product is the first product of Netease to enter the medical market,the product of Netease's waterin test for the medical industry.In modern society,as living pressure continues to increase,a lot of women choose to focus on their jobs.In consequence,women's childbearing age is postponed,and they are harder getting pregnant.At the same time,after the announcement of the universal two-child policy,a large number of older women joined the army of fertility,resulting in an increase in the number of pregnant women.Based on this background,the project combining mobile Internet technology and adopting POCT(Point of Care Testing)technology to design a smart pregnancy detection product based on hardware detection + software query mode for women.The main content of this topic is the Linzy intelligent pregnancy tester software interface design,based on the user experience model:sensory experience,interface information experience,usability and value-added experience,Correspond to this model based on the user experience,Get product design direction:hardware interaction design,visual information interaction design,interface interaction design,and value-added experience interaction design.According to the interaction design standards and principles,a complete interface interaction scheme is designed to provide users with an available,more convenient and smooth interface interaction experience.Further in the design,we are constantly exploring more value-added service experiences for users and increasing the satisfaction of users in the use processThe project is divided into four parts:competitive analysis,user experience research,interface interaction design,usability testing and product iteration.The analysis of competing products is mainly to investigate and analyze similar products on the market.User experience research mainly finds target user groups through questionnaires and the interview of users,and then analyzes and summarizes user requirements by constructing spersonas and user scenarios.The interface interaction design is mainly based on the guidance of the user experience model.According to the interaction design standards and principles,the software product interface information framework is constructed,and the core function flow design and interface prototype design of the software product are completed.Finally,the user experience test was conducted inside the company,and the software and hardware products were updated and iterated according to the test results.Complete project content including the hardware tester design,the design of the software APP and the design of the matching reagent card.In this topic,the main interface design of mobile phone software APP is mainly used.
