Research On The Design Of Intelligent Household Appliances Based On User Experience

With the rapid development of science and technology,the remarkable improvement growth of people's living standard.The era of experience economy which marked by informationization has come.People's demands for living standards are also constantly improving,people began to pursue a comfortable and modern living environment.Smart appliances are an important part of modern living environment.Therefore,people put forward higher requirements for quality of the intelligent household electrical appliance,especially at the level of user experience.Under this influence,the intelligent appliances should be manifested to a good experience and interaction design.By studying the interaction between people and products,it is a great way to create a new user experience.This dissertation research on the current situation of domestic and foreign smart home appliances,and guides by the theory and methods of user experience design.It also discusses user experience and interaction design in smart home appliances,through the user and product use environment.the report is summed up the target audience's demand points by analyse the data from multi-perspective.After that,there is a function prototype that meets the demand positioning.This article is not pure academic research,it is exploration-based papers,so in the final result,it is a set of product design solution which could enhance the user experience based on the intelligent WFI information interceptions.The basic theory used in this paper is five principles including easy to use,learning,aesthetic and emotional,and three psychological level,such as sensory,behavior,emotion.The research method will use interviews,focus group and questionnaire,it will solve practical problems in the user experience perspective,specifically in the following aspects:the market research,target user research,product using environment.The concept of user experience exists only in the stage of product usage.It puts forward that the requirement ofuser experience should place in the core position in the entire design process,at meanwhile,and focus on user needs before and after product or service design development.Finally,the functional prototype with the system product are designed by the WIFI information intelligent,through the use experience during the whole product design process.It will be evaluated by product function,interactive,appearance,and some other features.It is provide new ideas for smart appliances user experience design system by giving consumers a good experience in easy to use way.
