Study On Supervision Of Quality And Safety Of Prefabricated Construction In Lanzhou

China is vigorously developing assembly buildings.This measure will solve the housing problem of many people in China and at the same time enable urban construction at a higher speed.However,the development of prefabricated buildings will also face related quality and safety issues.Providing an efficient regulatory approach to prefabricated buildings will guarantee the rapid development of fabricated buildings.At present,various places have successively introduced measures for the quality and safety supervision of prefabricated buildings,but the regulatory measures are in the process of trial.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to propose a complete set of supervision methods for the quality and safety of fabricated buildings in Lanzhou.Through relevant literature,case studies,and investigation and analysis,this paper will propose a set of quality and safety supervision systems for the assembly-type construction projects in Lanzhou from five aspects of design,production,transportation,construction,supervision and management,and at the same time,it can give similar supervision projects.Development and research provide a reference.Finally came the conclusion of the following aspects:(1)The prefabricated building design phase requires systematic arrangements for quality and safety issues.By checking the safety and quality problems existing in the construction process of the prefabricated building,timely discover the problem and correct it in time.(2)In the production process of prefabricated components of fabricated buildings,it is necessary for each responsible party to establish a quality and safety inspection team to ensure the quality of the prefabricated components.The quality of prefabricated components is not only related to the manufacturer,but also to the responsible parties of other parties.Only the prefabricated components produced by the designer,the construction party,the supervising party and the Party A can ensure the quality of the components and the later construction.(3)The quality and safety of prefabricated buildings are relatively mature,and there are still problems in the supervision of the transportation process of prefabricated components.Prefabricated components need to be transported from the factory to the construction site,but the transportation conditions are complicated and there are many situations.Therefore,for the transportation of prefabricated components,it is necessary to carry out inspection before and after transportation,timely control the quality of prefabricated components,and ensure the use of components in the later construction process.At the same time,the transportation process must be strictly managed for the placement of prefabricated components and the professionalism of the transportation company.(4)The construction party and the supervisory party are important contents of the quality and safety supervision of the assembled building.Prefabricated buildings must pay attention to the safety of the construction personnel during the installation of the prefabricated components,and must be skilled in the installation process.The supervisory party needs to carry out comprehensive control over the quality and safety of the fabricated building from the beginning of the design.It is necessary to carry out strict quality and safety control on the design side,the production side,the transport unit and the construction party,and do the relevant recording work.
