Study On Quality Management Of Construction In Lecture And Laboratory Building Of Shangdong Technician College Of Water Conservancy Abstract

The construction industry is an important pillar industry of China, and quality is the eternal topic of building engineering. On the basis of theory and practice in the domestic and international quality management, the research study the construction management of Lecture and Laboratory Building in Shandong Technician College of Water Conservancy, including of quality planning, control process, and management system etc. Strategies to improve the quality management level of construction project are put forward. The research has important practical and theoretical value to perfect the management system of construction quality in China.According to academic research on quality management of construction engineering, this research extends the total quality management application in engineering management by the practice of specific case. With organic combination of each division works with all actors (such as design unit, supervision unit), the ministry of construction project establishes a standard architecture of quality management, which guarantee the managers to improve the quality of construction by adhere to the scientific process.A comprehensive management system consisted of check, key points, process control, and feedback is build to improve level of quality. Furthermore, suggestions of quality assurance are proposed and three aspects are summarized, which focus on management system, quality control point and control process, and standardized management. The research has significant reference value to the current construction enterprise quality management.
