| In this paper,A company "three old reconstruction" office building construction project as the research object.Firstly,five factors affecting the quality management of the "three old reconstruction" office building construction project are identified through expert questionnaire survey,and the influencing factors are analyzed in detail.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the project,the work will be decomposed to determine the logical relationship between the work,determine the key work to prepare a bar chart,clear the control objectives of the project.In the process of project progress,earned value method is used to control the project schedule and budget in stages.The causes of deviation in the process are analyzed and corrective measures are taken to realize dynamic monitoring and management.In addition,in the construction stage of the project,many methods such as permutation chart,histogram and so on are used to find quality problems.Causality chart is used to analyze the main contradictions of quality problems and gradually find the core problems of quality defects.PDCA control method is used to optimize the control of the quality defects of the project,so as to ensure that the quality control objectives are achieved in the process of the project.Finally,the quality control effect is ensured by organizational guarantee,resource input guarantee and safety and civilized management system guarantee,and the safety production and civilized construction management of the projects are strengthened.I hope to improve the quality management method and management system of construction project by studying the project management of "Three Old Reconstruction" office building of company A,improve the quality management level,and provide reference guidance and experience for similar project quality management. |
