Research On One-stop Intelligent Service System Of Separate Air Conditioner

Due to the small volume and scattered characteristics of split air conditioning,there has been no comprehensive and high-quality integrated service provider in both technical scheme and business model,providing one-stop solution from the point of view of the whole life cycle.The service of this market is severely fragmented,and all stakeholders only focus on maximizing their local interests.The final result is that users pay high costs and costs.The purchasing cost of air conditioning accounts for only about 15% of the total life cycle cost.But it is precisely this 85% of the operation,because of the lack of effective management and there is a huge waste.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of air conditioning,this paper builds a one-stop intelligent service system of split air conditioning,which provides an effective management means to realize the one-stop solution of the whole life cycle of split air conditioning on the basis of solving the existing problems.Through the combination of software and hardware,the one-stop intelligent service system of split air-conditioning builds building energy efficiency model,provides fault diagnosis,drives air-conditioning health assessment based on big data,and finally realizes the green development goal of high efficiency and energy saving.After the one-stop intelligent service system of split air conditioner is built,the actual verification is carried out.The experimental results show that the average energy saving rate reaches more than 20%,and the goal of high efficiency and energy saving is achieved.
