With the continuous improvement of compressor performance requirements in modern enterprises,people strive to tap the potential of improving the operating efficiency of compressors.One of the potential is to make the radial clearance between the rotor blade top and the casing as small as possible,so as to reduce the energy loss caused by medium leakage.As we all know,too large tip clearance will reduce the performance of the compressor,but too small clearance will produce tip and casing friction,affecting the safety of the compressor.How to monitor the tip clearance of compressor in real time and reduce it as much as possible in the safe range is the purpose of this paper.In this paper,the FL62 wind tunnel compressor unit of Shenyang Blower Works Group is taken as the test object,and the relevant theory and analysis are carried out for the tip clearance measurement system.This paper discusses the current situation of this analysis and research at home and abroad,and puts forward a plan for this study.By analyzing the principle of tip clearance measurement and signal acquisition rate,a specific measurement scheme is proposed.A set of tip clearance measurement system is developed.The tip clearance test is carried out on the fl62 wind tunnel compressor unit,and the tip clearance signals and data under different speed and flow coefficient are collected.The gap signals obtained from the test are processed and the data characteristics under different working conditions are compared.Through this research,the clearance signal collected by the clearance test can be well used to analyze the overall situation of the blade under different speed conditions,so as to get the impact of different speed conditions on the blade clearance,which can be used to verify the design of compressor unit.And it has a certain practical significance for the improvement of compressor structure design and the condition monitoring under the actual working condition,to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and to improve the economic benefits.Its further development and breakthrough has a certain research significance for the future development of the compressor.From the perspective of the future development of compressors,the development of this paper has great practical significance for the actual condition monitoring of compressors,ensuring the safe operation of equipment,and improving economic benefits.
