The vane-stator friction pair of high pressure vane pump plays a decisive role in the performance of the vane pump.How to reduce the friction between the vane and stator is a difficult problem to be solved.In this paper,considering the dynamic pressure effect between vane and stator pair,the influence of stator curve structure parameters and vane structure parameter on the working performance of vane pump is studied.For stator with different profile and vanes with different parameters,ADAMS and Fluent software are used to carry out dynamic simulation analysis,fluid dynamic pressure simulation analysis and modal analysis for vane and stator pair of high-pressure vane pump.The first chapter of the vane pump at home and abroad through the analysis of blade profile shape,type stator inner surface curve and friction pair surface texture treatment of the status quo,put forward to develop the oil absorption blade-stator friction pair anti-friction antifriction and take the initiative to enrich the research contents.The second chapter,combined with shanxi si purui machinery manufacturing co.,LTD.SVQH series composite blade structure of high-pressure vane pump,research the relationship between the blade-the movement of the stator friction pair and the mechanical properties,the force between the stator and blade.The third and fourth chapter,taking S25 VQH Intra-vane pump as the research object,the influence law of stator structure parameters on stator stress,dynamic pressure and vibration noise between vane and stator pair are analyzed in detail.And the influence law of vane structure parameters on the interaction force between vane and stator pair,dynamic pressure and vibration noise between vane and stator pair are also analyzed in detail.Finally,a comprehensive bench test is carried out.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation analysis results,which verifies the correctness of the simulation results.The fifth chapter,in high-pressure vane pump solid-liquid coupling simulation is carried out the core components of blade,blade surface texture Angle position on blade are analyzed by the influence of dynamic pressure,obtained the optimized structure design parameters,its analysis results to improve the positive displacement vane pump blade surface texture provides theory basis for structure design.
