With the opening up of domestic low-altitude airspace gradually,demand for general aircraft in the airline industry will continue to increase.General aircraft market has a broad space for development,but there is no general aircraft autopilot systems and related research to meet the demanding in the current domestic.The main characteristic of general aircraft autopilot is to meet the needs of all kinds of model planes,which have four or dozens of seats.Therefore,to develop general aircraft autopilot has high risk and cost.In order to breaking through the bottleneck of traditional research,this paper designs and develops the prototype of general aircraft autopilot and makes the relevant semi physical simulation study,based on the theory of rapid prototype technology for autopilot verification,.The main work is as follows:First of all,the application of rapid prototyping technology accelerates the process of design and development of the principle prototype.The rapid prototyping technology can overcome the defects among the traditional development process and accelerate the research and development process of the product or system.Due to the code can be fully automatic generating,this technology can save a lot of software writing and testing time and improve the reliability of the software.And eventually the optimized controller products is obtained.Then,through consulting related books literature on general aircraft autopilot semi physical simulation platform for requirement analysis and structure research,determine the controlled object simulation system with the combination of general aircraft autopilot platform.The hardware system of the general aircraft autopilot is designed,which is suitable for the input and output of the simulator,and makes the general aircraft(aircraft model)and the simulation system of the aircraft(ADC/GPS)the autopilot is seamlessly connected to the model simulation system.Finally,the performance of the universal aircraft autopilot is tested by a semi-physical simulation platform.The mathematic model of Matlab/Simulink autopilot for rapid prototyping is used to generate the standard C code through the Simulink Coder automatic code generation toolbox.The MSP430F5438 A chip in the hardware system is used as the autopilot flight control computer processor and the bottom driver is completed.Open-loop verification test and closed-loop commissioning of the pilot.The semi-physical simulation platform of general aircraft autopilot has a good platform architecture.Not only can modify the simulation model as needed,but also can be independent of the simulation model to acquire the relevant hardware devices.The input and output signals between the model simulation system and the general aircraft autopilot can be measured directly.In this platform,the research of control strategy has no accident risk,and it has the advantages of short R&D cycle,low experiment cost and convenient operation.It has certain engineering application value.
