With the development of military industry of China,it is inevitable that shipboard aircraft sounds.The wings of shipboard aircraft shall be folding to decrease the space taken up by airframe and increase the number of aircrafts that carrier can sail with.As wings are the key components of the airframe,air safety relies largely on the reliability of folding wings.Therefore,this article will focus on a simulation equipment of folding wings’ movement to make semi-physical simulation about the movement of folding wings of a particular type of aircraft and then provide test and reference for mechatronic design in wings’ folding and unfolding.This project analyzes the wings’folding movement track of a particular type of aircraft first and simplifies the movement track on the premise that won’t affect the test.Meanwhile,simplify the related moving components to some extent to make the design on mechanical hardware system to be easier.On that basis,this project also designs a mechanical platform for simulation test on folding wings,which can simulate the folding and unfolding movement of folding wings and test and install various proximity detectors.To be convenient for repeated trials and improve the consistency,the platform shall be droven by several stepper motors and servo motors.Thus a multichannel control circuit based on industrial personal computer and PCL-836 board card is being researched to realize the cooperative operation of many moving components of many machines via the cooperation of hardware and software.An automatic test and data analysis software has been developed based on Borland C++Builder,which could automatically control the test operation,collect test data and complete data analysis.After finishing the design,manufacture and debugging of the above test platform,and testing the installation and usage of folding wings sensor of a shipboard craft through this test platform,expected design target has been achieved.
