Complex product assembly,represented by missiles and satellites,has a typical production mode of multi-species,small batch,and discrete.In this assembly,fixed-station operation(use one fixed station to complete most assembling work)is mainly adopted.It has the following characters.Production cycle is not obvious,the development process is complex and changeable,dismounting is often repeated and dynamic disturbance frequently.Complex product assembly process has long time span,involves many types and quantity of material.It is difficult to track and manage material dynamic,and material information is not easy to track.Besides,traditional materials supply mode can easily cause accumulation in workshop,management difficulties,low efficiency and other problems.Therefore,how to realize material being distributed on time,efficiently,orderly and controllably in the assembly workshop,as well as the material being fine controlled in the assembly site,has always been one of the problems to be solved urgently in complex product assembly enterprises.In this thesis,the research of active material distribution and management and control technology oriented on complex product assembly process is carried out,and then the software system is developed and validated.The main research works are as follows:1.This paper introduces the purpose,significance and source of the project and also summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of workshop material management,including physical layout of workshop,the optimization of workshop logistics,the control of workshop logistics and material tracking management.2.Based on the analysis of a typical complex product assembly company's existing workshop materials management business processes,this paper discusses the Just In Time logistics supply principle applicability in complex product assembly logistics management and JIT logistics supply model is proposed based on assembly demand driven.Combined with the analysis of the material management business status quo,management characteristics and fine control objectives in complex product assembly enterprises,the system structure of active distribution and control system of complex product materials was established.The key technologies of active distribution and control system of complex product materials are introduced.3.With the analysis of the material type in the complex product assembly enterprises,the assembly material intelligent identification based on RFID was realized.And relying on the existing layout planning of a workshop in an aerospace enterprise,the layout planning of RFID system was studied,the technology of material information collection and processing based on RFID was introduced.4.Based on material multi-level association model,three-level control mechanism of "assembly plan--assembly task--daily operation plan" is put forward,and material active distribution strategy based on daily operation plan is constructed.By replacing the current highly discrete logistics model as “each position's daily demand-driven warehouse + unified warehouse accurate delivery” and carry out the daily unloading process,we can standardize the complex product assembly logistics process,reduce the waste of resources and improve the fine material control and control capabilities.5.This paper puts forward the dynamic tracking management technology of equipment process material based on RFID and process,realize the whole process of the "demand initiated-demand processing-uniform delivery-material receive-material use-material returning".During this process,material coordination,orderly,controllable and efficient management and follow-up product quality issues are well tracked,the logistics information tracking and monitoring is enhanced,real-time,complete,effective collection and online sharing of material process information,assist the workshop management to adjust the production plan is realized.And it will also help workshop management staff to adjust production plans,to maximize the production and meet the actual plant.Finally,assembly material information integration management technology based on the product structure tree,realization of comprehensive,reasonable and orderly organization and rapid summary of PDF electronic document output of workshop's material data is achieved.6.The active distribution and control system of complex product assembly material is designed and developed.The related methods and techniques are validated with a practical example of a workshop in the aerospace enterprise.
