Complex product manufacturing is an important part of the industrialization,involved in economy,defense of the national and people’s livelihood,such as satellites,missiles,ships planes,precision instruments and equipments of the financial system and so on.In a sense,the complex product manufacturing level directly reflects the degree of industrialization.And the complex product manufacturing level is closely related with the manufacturing process design and management.Manufacturing process directly determines the quality and the production efficiency of complex products.However,the domestic enterprises generally focus on product design,make little of manufacturing process,attention in the development of process design and management is not enough,so that there is still a certain gap in the domestic process design and management level to the international advanced level.Therefore,calls for enterprises attache great importance to the process design and management,improve the technological design and management level,is to improve the complex product manufacturing quality needs,meeting the needs of enterprises and national development.There are more and more enterprises and experts and scholars to notice process problems,launched various research.In D company,for example,this paper study to optimize its complex product assembly process management,even for the same type and the other types of business offer reference for process managemen.D company is a state-run company,design and production of complex products.In the company’s work in practice,there are various problems of assembly process management,found in the investigation and study,which lead to its craft work efficiency is low and complains are more.After the work of summurizing and analyzing of manufacturing process in D company,we can divide them to three types: product process planning management,product process information management,locale process management of assembly.Respectively investigation about the present situation of the three parts in detail.The main reason to the problem of process plan management is that the process set unreasonable and the informatization level is too low,and the process cycle is long,the efficiency of the process is low,too.Based on the guidance of lean management thought,we optimize the process planning management process,shorten the process cycle,improve the work efficiency.Using nine screens of TRIZ innovative thinking method to analyze the process information management system of D company,found that the biggest problem of processinformation management system is that the degree of informatization is too low.To this problem,this paper use the resources search path method of TRIZ theory to analize resources in the company’s internal and external resources,to find the optimal method was optimized,finally determine the introduction of professional design company to design.From the function analysis,the introduction of the CAPP system can completely meet the needs of D company currently process information management.The paper further put forward that can use the theory of TRIZ methods and tools to optimize the problems of CAPP system which encountered in the implementation process.To the problems of assembly site management,the paper use fishbone diagram root cause analysis method to analysis,had found three aspects of the problem and the root cause.The paper use lean management ideas thoughts,TOC constraint theory and TRIZ methods,combining the theoretical methods and tools,to optimize these three aspects respectively.
