Research On The Effect Of Underwater Series Shaped Charge

In this paper,the underwater effect of series shaped charge is studied by analyzing the target structure of double shell.Based on the study of rod jet penetration into water medium,a series of shaped charge charge penetrating into water medium target plate is studied.The main work and research results are as follows:According to the analysis of target structure characteristics,the target structure of water medium target plate is established.Through the analysis of the theory of shaped charge,based on the research on three types of penetrator motion characteristics in water on the characteristics of different projectile penetrating the water medium by comparison,in order to determine the rod like jet as the research object,and determine the appropriate charge structure.The rod like jet in water medium motion characteristics study,get characteristics of bubbles and cavity rod jet formation under water when the cavity formed by the rod like jet can provide a passage for post rod jet.The velocity attenuation,shape change and the change of the surrounding water medium under the action of rod jet in water are analyzed,and the factors affecting the motion characteristics of rod jet are analyzed.By analyzing the structural characteristics and principle of series shaped charge,the time of explosion isolation and delay time of two stage shaped charge are studied.The two level charge between suitable flameproof distance determined,on the basis of the research on the explosion device,by means of four types of different thickness,different thickness,center two layer,different cone angle flameproof explosion-proof body is studied,through comparative analysis,and ultimately determine the center of thin and thick ends with the cone angle of two layers of flameproof body.The delay initiation time of two stage shaped charge was studied by establishing a calculation model,and the suitable delay initiation time of the latter was obtained.In this paper,a series of shaped charge charging into water medium target is studied.Through the study of penetration force of rod jet,the characteristics of rod jet penetrating into water medium target plate are obtained.On this basis,the establishment of numericalseries shaped charge drops under the effect of the calculation model of tandem shaped charge in the water on the water medium plate effect.The results show that;compared with no pre charge,tandem shaped charge in the water under the action can significantly improve effect and aftereffect penetration ability.The research results of this paper will be of certain engineering value and reference significance for the design of underwater series shaped warhead.
