Aiming at the penetration property matching relationship between Explosively Formed Projectile (EFP) and Jetting Penetrator Charge (JPC) which are formed at different initiation program under the same charge structure, dual mode shaped charge structure parameters combination in each other, Explosively Formed Projectile can fly stability and has large penetration property at larger stand-off distance, also the penetration mechanism of Jetting Penetrator Charge penetrate concrete target are studied in great detail in this paper.Firstly, using orthogonal design method and LS-DYNA numerical simulation software, analyzed the effect of the structure parameters (such as the height of explosive charge, shell thickness, the liner’s structure parameters) of dual mode shaped charge on the formation of penetrators, obtained the primary and secondary order influence factor of each parameter on dual mode penetrators’tip velocity, length-diameter ratio and velocity decline, and finds out the optimal parameters combination under which the penetrators formation are better..Secondly, in order to study the penetration property of Explosively Formed Projectile at large stand-off distance, the flight performance of EFPs which are formed from three kinds of shaped charge is researched by experiment, through comparative analyzing the hole shapes recorded on the grid targets and theirs penetration property, numerical simulation was adopted to analyze the influence of the diameter, edge thickness and edge chamfer of liner on the formation of EFP, we find out the best liner’s structure in which the performance of EFP is better than others, meanwhile the flight performance not only became more stability, but also the penetration property increased nearly by10%.Finally, based on the spherical static cavity expansion theory, the strength formula of the concrete is derived, then analyzed the penetration process of JPC penetrating into the concrete target in theory, and obtained the equation of penetration depth when JPC penetrates the target of concrete, after that the corresponding experiment and simulation was designed to verify the result of theory model, and the results of the three are in good agreement when a is1.25.
