Research On Usability Design Of Culinary Products For Old People

Usability is an important factor for designers to consider in designing products for the elderly,with the increase of Chinese empty nest elderly population,household products more and more use of the main variable for the elderly,ease of design and research for the elderly to use products have received more and more attention.The research of this subject takes the elderly 's ease of use demand as the core,chooses the aged family kitchen space as the research environment.First of all,the scope of the study of the elderly kitchen products to define and divide the analysis of the current use of kitchen products for the elderly problems,and then the interpretation of the principle of product design ease of use,summed up the factors affecting the elderly kitchen product ease of use of the elderly People kitchen products for ease of use needs analysis.Next,we study the behavior of the process in the kitchen preparation task of the elderly.Based on the design principle of ease of use,we summarize the design principles of the functional areas of the elderly kitchen,and redesign the functional area of the kitchen.,Hoping to the future of the elderly kitchen product design and ease of use play an active role in the study.
