| More and more people solve the food problem by calling take-away.The current researches focus on business model and application software,and lack of attention to the final service quality,related distribution products and distribution process experience.The feature of take-off ordering is peak concentration,many types included and many types of restaurants.There is a big gap between the current food hygiene and user’s expectations.During the food delivery,the deliveryman take a important place,their work influence the quality of food,but distribution facilities for the distribution staff is very simple,distribution effect varies greatly,the distribution staff’s work efficiency and experience need to be improved.This paper intends to explore the dominant demand through user interviews,user questionnaires and personas,explore the recessive demand through shadowing,scenario analysis,AEIOU model and behavior analysis form.In this paper,we will analyze the work behavior of deliveryman in different environments from whole to local to discover the shortcomings of current design of distribution products,and combine the engineering design method to design requirements and design plan,judge the importance of problems by behavior data and finally optimize the distribution products to enhance the delivery experience and service quality,and at the same time,a set of product design method based on user behavior analysis in complex scenes is produced. |
