In recent years,with the rapid development of science,technology and social economy,the city is changing with each passing day.A large number of high-rise buildings have emerged.Electrification,automation and intellectualization are becoming popular in urban architecture.Thereforefire has become the primary problem accompanying urban development.Nowadays,fire truck as an important equipment for fire rescue has been paid more and more attention.The fire law clearly requires governments at all levels to increase investment in fire-fighting vehicles.Purchase a batch of advanced fire trucks at home and abroad to equip the troops.In recent years,with the extensive application of information technology,sensor technology,and CAN bus technology,the level of intellectualization and automation of engineering machinery,agricultural machinery,and construction machinery has been greatly improved.On the basis of the existing,the development of intelligent automatic fire engine control system is the main development direction of the current stage of fire engine.Research and development ofanintelligent fire control systemhas important significance to improve the fire engines,and it is also more suitable for the development trend of the fire engine market and improving the competitiveness of products.According to the development trend of fire engine,this paper puts forward a functional development model of fire engine control system based on EPEC controller.The model realizes movement safety logic control,real-time monitoring of vehicle condition,fault diagnosis monitoring and parameter calibration.Taking DG42C1 platform fire engine as an example,this paper studies the hardware composition of fire engine control system,which is based on EPEC controller,includingthe control principle and realization method of control system for up and down vehicles.The application of fixed-point navigation,trajectory memory and fire control based on EPEC controller is realized,and the control system is monitored online in real time using human-machine interaction system.This control system makes the operation of the fire engine more accurate and the intelligence level has been improved.There are 27 figures,4 tables and 53 references in the thesis.
