| With increasing construction and rapid development of the high-speed railway in our country, people are giving more expectations and requirements to convenience and rapidness of getting around. Ticket vending machine (TVM), as one of the most important auxiliary facilities of the high-speed railway, could broaden the service channels, improve the service environment and enrich the user experience. Therefore, the popularization and application of TVM will certainly make an significant difference in the continuous improvement of the high-speed railway. However, the research level of current TVM in our country is still in a primary stage, which cannot adapt to the development of the high-speed railway. In order to further expand the serviceable range, effectively improve the operation efficiency, and give full play to the application value of TVM, the most direct way is to systematically design for the human-machine interactive interface of TVM.The first part learns the theoretical knowledge of TVM and its human-machine interactive interface. It illustrates the design factors of TVM from different disciplinary angles, and then analyzes the research scope and existing problems of the interactive interface of TVM. By understanding the characters and behaviors of the general users, the second part takes the measures of interviewing, observation, questionnaire to investigate and survey the users of the high-speed railway. According to the investigation results, it draws a conclusion to the users of the high-speed railway and then builds four persona modals. The third part, on the basis of the design principles of the interactive interface of TVM, tightly relates to the behavior characters and the target needs of the personas. It provides an initial design scheme of the interactive interface for TVM through function design, task design, structure design, frame design and color design. The last part makes an availability evaluation for the effectiveness, efficiency and users’satisfaction. Combining with the evaluation results, it improves and displays the final design scheme.The new design scheme represents six innovations:intelligent information reading, simple interface interacting, rational project selecting, clarified system reminding, humanized page waiting and diversified payment mode. It improves user’s interaction experience to a large extent, and realizes the optimization and promotion of the human-machine interactive interface of TVM. |
