Research On Restoration And Display Of Ming And Qing Dynasty Architectural Paintings In Yangxindian

Traditional architectural painting has important historical,artistic and technical value,but also has prominent vulnerability and technological complexity,which has always been the key and difficult points in architectural heritage protection.In recent years,according to the examples of painting protection projects,in the absence of systematic research on the traditional color painting shape,materials and techniques,the hasty adoption of repair measures on the body of the color painting relics will have irreparable consequences.Based on the preliminary investigation and protection results,this paper systematically explores the restoration and display of the relevant heritage by taking the representative architectural paintings in the Hall of Mental Cultivation of the Imperial Palace as the research object.The purpose of study the experimental restoration and display of architectural paintings has two main aspects.The first is to estimate the restoration effect of architectural painting relics through research experiments before the protection measures are taken for the relics,in addition,the problems of technology and craft in the restoration process will be discovered in advance,and the shortcomings of the previous experiments will be adjusted when the painting relics are actually restored.The second is to make up for the shortcomings of painting relics immobile and unable to view closely.The painting relics and the traditional techniques contained in them are the source of authenticity and value of painting.The research results of restoration provide the original copy of the painting for the thematic display of architectural paintings.The traditional construction techniques applied in the restoration process can provide copies of painting relics and can also be used for publicity and display,which is also the best form of inheritance and protection of architectural paintings.Based on the principle of "original shape,original technology and original material",the research on architectural painting restoration is carried out from the following three aspects.First,in terms of shape and structure,it includes accurate grasp of images proportion and critical detail.Second,in terms of color and materials,it includes the determination of pigment composition and the investigation of the method of preparation.Third,in terms of technology,it includes summary and comparison of the process characteristics of the paintings in different periods of the Hall of Mental Cultivation.In the research of color painting shape and material,various adaptive technologies in information collection and detection are analyzed and applied.such as 3D laser scanning,Raman spectrum analysis,X fluorescence spectrum analysis,infrared spectrum analysis,etc.In the way of cross-validation of detection information,which can carry out all-round detection and analysis of the shape,color,pigment,section level and ground materials of the architectural paintings of the Hall of Mental Cultivation.In the research of painting technology,based on the relevant norms and standards of traditional art process of official building painting and the experience of the Palace Museum building painting technology inheritance,this paper summarizes the process of technology inheritance for the Hall of Mental Cultivation of the Imperial Palace painting.Through the effective combination of modern high-tech methods and traditional crafts,it promotes the integration and progress of modern science and technology and traditional crafts in the field of heritage protection,and summarizes a set of reliable operation specifications for similar painting restoration work of the Imperial Place.
