With the development of economic level and the improvement of construction technology,how to integrate all kinds of buildings to form an integrated and humanized public space and meet the aesthetic requirements under the premise of satisfying the use function has increasingly become the goal of construction.Xinhua Street Station of Beijing Metro Line 6 is located in the core area of Tongzhou.There are many planned buildings around it.In order to coordinate the metro station with the surrounding buildings and cultural relics,the concept of civil construction design has been applied to the underground structure for the first time in the architectural planning.The station adopts atrium-style architectural design(platform and hall layers are combined into one),with no medium plate.Spatial structure form,special-shaped cast steel and steel pipe column support columns have put forward challenge for structural design and construction.The paper mainly carried out the following research work:(1)To study the construction technology of Y-shaped column large-scale joint steel structure of super-large Metro station,which can adapt to the underground stress characteristics and the harsh underground environment,and form the special technology of large-scale steel structure detection,protection and transportation;(2)To study the earthwork excavation and supporting construction of deep and large foundation pits,and the high straight and thick edges of atrium structure.Wall and thick roof concrete construction,Y-shaped steel structure splicing and hoisting construction and quality evaluation technology form a complete set of technology and construction method for rapid construction of super-large atrium-type subway station.Through the research of this subject,not only the second phase Xinhua Street Station of Beijing Metro Line 6 has been built safely,high-quality and high-speed,but also the construction technology system of super-large atrium-type metro station has been filled.It has good application prospects in similar projects in the future and has remarkable social benefits.
