Research On The Reuse Design Of Industrial Building Space Based On Deleuze Film Theory

In recent years,with the economic transformation of China,China’s economic growth rate is gradually slowing down,and the impact on architectural research and design is also obvious.From the need to build a large number of new buildings to the renovation of existing buildings,the focus of the architectural has gradually shifted.The transformation and reuse of industrial buildings is a powerful measure to miss the hometown and arouse people’s memories of the times;the society is in the Period of Post Industrialization,and the industrial Brown land left behind by a large number of industrial enterprises being shut down,bankrupted or relocated is located in urban areas.How to protect and reuse the historical carrying industrial civilization is a prob-lem worthy of consideration and attention.In the 1990s,China began to practice and research the transformation and reuse of industrial buildings.There have been some developments in theoretical research,The design is simple.The attention to the trans-formation of the space of the building is less,and there is a lack of theoretical methods to guide the practice.This thesis focuses on the spatial design of industrial building renovation and reuse.The industrial building itself has a strong memory of the times,which coincides with the narrative of time and space discussed in Deleuze’s film theory.This paper takes the actual case and theory research at domestic and abroad as an example,and takes the reconstruction design of the industrial building of Kunming Heavy Machinery Plant as an example.In the deduction of the scheme design,the design strategy of industrial building space reuse under the guidance of Deleuze film theory is discussed.The design focuses on the narrative of space,intended to arouse and create a memory experience for the industrial age or the factory.
