In recent years,the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway has also promoted the development of China’s high-speed train equipment technology.The gap between the performance and technology level of China’s high-speed EMUs and the international advanced level has been narrowing.The global rail transit industry has taken the RAMS technology of rail transit as a common system analysis technology.The developed countries such as Britain,Japan,Germany and the United States have successfully implemented the RAMS project of railway train equipment.The research on RAMS in China started relatively late,and the application of RAMS method in the field of rail transit is in the trial stage.Therefore,the RAMS engineering method Is used to carry out on-board EMUs.Equipment research has engineering practical significance.The work of this paper is to introduce RAMS theory into the EMU system for research,and preliminarily construct the theoretical analysis system of RAMS for EMU on-board equipment.The relevant research contents and main conclusions are as follows:(1)Statistical EMU components that are prone to failure,and establish the credibility model.Combining with the credibility index,the support vector machine optimization classification model based on particle swarm optimization is established.The components of EMU are divided by computer simulation technology.Then the membership index system is established according to the membership function theory.According to the risk hazard value,the EMU system studied in this paper is finally determined.Its parts and components.(2)The structure and function of components under each system of EMU are analyzed,and fault tree analysis method is used to excavate the fault modes of each system of EMU.The fault mode diagram is represented by tree graphics,and the weak components of each system of EMU are determined by minimum cut set method.A mathematical model is established to analyze the reliability of each system of EMU.Based on the actual operation fault data of EMU,the data are processed and the distribution types are determined.The reliability function expressions of each system are calculated separately.The reliability function relations of the whole EMU are obtained according to the modularization theory.(3)Based on RAMS theory,the failure mode analysis tables of EMU systems are established,and the functions,failure modes,causes and effects of each component are analyzed.The index system based on fault mode analysis is established.According to the characteristics of the data sources,the classification of EMU maintenance grade based on risk priority number is established.Compared with the study of EMU repair schedule,it is found that the maintenance schedule of EMU based on RAMS method is more concise and instructive.
