With the increasing of new energy power generation,the peak shaving task of thermal power unit is getting more and more serious.In the aspect of environmental protection,thermal power units have to face the strict restriction of national supernet emission standards;In the market,thermal power has to face high coal prices and shut down the risk.How to control and optimize the units to meet the national policy requirements,at the same time reduce the coal consumption,improve the profitability of thermal power enterprises is the important task that the control profession faces.The optimization control technology is mainly from three aspects: improving the load-changing capacity of the unit,reducing NO_x emissions,and energy saving of the unit.The improvement of load-changing capacity is mainly from the load command processing,coordinated control optimization,and primary air powder optimization.The main technologies include dynamic feedforward based on energy storage balance,steady state energy storage supplement,dynamic coal discriminating control,and primary air pressure dynamics,primary air powder smooth control,variable load_changing rate command,etc;In the aspect of reducing NO_x emission,it studies the mechanism of NO_x formation and the main measures to reduce NO_x formation,analyzes the main reasons that affect the quality of SCR denitrification control,and puts forward the optimization strategy.In the aspect of energy saving,it mainly starts from two aspects: In terms of energy saving,it mainly focuses on the two aspects : variable frequency control of condensate water and the optimization of sliding pressure curve of unit,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of several variable frequency control modes of condensate water,and provides the optimization direction.Aiming at the problems of adjusting valve sway and throttling loss caused by mismatch of sliding pressure curve,a dynamic correction method of sliding pressure curve is proposed,and the implementation process of optimization is explained by a case.It shows the optimization effect.
