Recently years, with the rapid development of civil aviation in China, the throughput of major airports is increasing,so the situation of delays grow with each passing day.Once flight delay occurs,it will not only increase the huge economic cost losses of airlines and airports, but also increase the huge additional fuel consumption and emissions of pollutants, which will also seriously affect the environmental quality around the airport and the health of residents. Therefore,it is important to reduce the pollutant emissions during the taxiing phase. However,China has not formulated a written assessment standard for airport pollutant emissions,in addition, the research on energy saving and emission reduction of airport has not been carried out specifically.Aiming at the above problem, the dissertation firstly introduces the types of pollutants discharged on the ground, and establishes a taxiing stage emission model.Based on the actual operational data of Beijing Airport, the LTO cycle model proposed by ICAO is revised. The accuracy of the revised model is 63% higher than before, and it was found that the Beijing airport ground was in a state of high pollution for a long time. Then the indicators that can be used to evaluate the emission levels were searching. The definition of Green taxi time and Green emissions was proposed. The actual case study of Beijing Airport was used to evaluate the results. After That the dissertation establishes a forecast model based on the flight departure process and the queuing theory, and verifies that the prediction error of the model is about10%.Lastly,the taxi-out rate control model of the aircraft departure taxi queue was established.A control index based on green taxi time and green emissions is proposed to optimize the strategy for the present or future when the airport's ground fuel consumption and emissions exceed the indicators. In the future, this control strategy can be applied to the work of controllers to contribute to the green development of the aviation industry.
