Under the background of strong transportation countries,the integration of highway and tourism has become an important way to promote the structural reform of the road supply side and support the transition of highway from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage.As a product of the integration of highway and tourism,tourism roads have both the functions of transportation and tourism,and are not fully applicable to existing road layout methods.The study of route generation and supporting facility allocation in the study of regional tourism highway planning has important theoretical and practical value for promoting green road construction and transportation tourism development.The paper analyzes the unique attributes and connotations of tourism highways,and establishes a node tourism attribute evaluation index system that suits the characteristics of tourist highways,including indicators of tourism resources,development conditions and location characteristics.Based on the evaluation results of the tourism attribute indicators of the nodes,the BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm is used to comprehensively evaluate the tourism attributes of the nodes.The spatial fuzzy clustering method is used to divide the node hierarchy.The nodes at different levels determine the trend and functional characteristics of the tourist highway.The paper puts forward the stratified generation method of tourist highway routes.The first level is the trunk tourist highway.The minimum spanning tree method is used to develop the route from the perspective of tourism value,creative potential and comprehensive cost realization.The second level is the feeder highway.According to the constraint that the overall importance of the tourist highway does not decrease significantly,the optimal tree expansion method is used for layout.After optimizing the preliminary plan of the tourist highway route through ecological environment assessment and landscape evaluation along the line,the tourism value of the road section is evaluated,and the tourism theme is extracted to form the theme line of the tourist road.The paper analyzes the functions and classification of supporting facilities such as tourist road service facilities and signage systems.Using the expert evaluation method,the reasonable distance between motor vehicle service facilities at all levels is analyzed from the perspective of satisfying the needs of tourists and the efficient use of resources.The identification system evaluation index system is constructed,and the weight of each indicator is clarified by the analytic hierarchy process.Applying the above research results in the planning of tourism roads in Yunnan Province,the theme line plan of Yunnan tourism road and the layout plan of motor vehicle service facilities are proposed.
