Supported by national strategy,Electric Vehicle industry is ushering in a new era of vigorous development with the reduction of cost and improvement of power batteries' safety and durability.A well-distributed and scientifically-operated charging system providing smart,efficient,economical and low-carbon charging service for owners is the guarantee for the sustainable growth of Electric Vehicles.The power system is the main source of energy for Electric Vehicles.As devices couple the transportation network with the power grid,and massive distributed energy storages on the user side,the large-scale Electric Vehicles will bring significant opportunities and challenges to the power system which is transforming to a clean,flexible,diversified and Interactive one.Aiming at solving the practical problems of charging system in macro-planning and specific operation,based on the actual measurement data of Electric Vehicle charging,oriented to engineering application requirements,issues of charging behavior modeling,infrastructure configuration and area-level orderly charging scheduling are discussed.The main works of the study are as follows:Based on the data-driven method,the probability characteristics of charging behavior parameters are analyzed.The correlation between time parameters of charging behavior is verified and described quantitatively using the Copula method.The charging behavior characteristics of Electric vehicle can be described by probability distribution and correlation of charging start time,charging duration,and charging energy.Coordinated charging strategy model including aggregated charging management and power allocation of distributed generation and energy storage is established and quantitative evaluation indexes for the performance of charging system are designed.On this basis,from a macro perspective,considering the potential of coordinated charging,the basic principles such as ratio of fast and slow charging facilities,ratio of renewable energy and energy storage in the planning of charging systems are studied using the double-layer optimization method.For the orderly charging application scenario based on the balance of courts,considering the charging behavior and the prediction error of the new energy output and the deviation of the charging control response,the scheduling model of the PV-storage and charging integrated system based on stochastic predictive control is studied.Optimization objectives and constraints for rolling optimization and real-time feedback correction are linearized to suit the needs of online application.
