With the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental pollution,the great advantage of electric vehicles in environmental protection and energy saving has gradually attracted people's attention,and the future of electric vehicles will be widely used.However,electric vehicle charging behavior is random,if the lack of management of a large number of electric vehicles,the disordered charge may affect the stable operation of the distribution network.Therefore,the electric vehicle management and orderly charging strategy in-depth study has important theoretical and practical significance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:At first,the concept and characteristics of three main battery charging mode:conventional charging,quick charging and the mode of battery replacement,are introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.Analysis of different types of electric vehicles(mainly private cars and taxis)suitable charging mode,The demand for electricity exchange between private cars and taxis is analyzed,Then the probability model of private car charging load and the probability model of taxis switching demand are established.Moreover,On the basis of the hierarchical and zonal dispatching architecture,the management model of regional EV battery charging and swapping station is put forward.It mainly carries on the battery replacement to the electric taxi,and controls the charging pile in the area to charge other vehicles.Based on the time scale,the time characteristics of the demand for regional EV battery charging and swapping station and the three-stage charging characteristics of the battery are analyzed and simplified.Based on the operation data of Beijing electric taxi swapping station,Monte Carlo method is used to simulate and analyze the influence of disordered charging on distribution network.At last,This paper analyzes the ordered charging of regional EV battery charging and swapping station and in order to take into account the economy of the station side and the power grid side,puts forward a two-stage optimization model.To meet the electric taxi battery replacement and private car charging under the premise,The first stage optimization is carried out with the aim of minimizing the charging cost of the regionalEV battery charging and swapping station.Then,the second stage optimization is carried out to minimize the variance of the load curve as the goal,and using discrete bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm,the optimization solution of the established model is performed.the economic benefit of regional EV battery charging and swapping station and the load fluctuation and the peak valley difference under three situations,namely the uncoordinated charging,the charging under the first-stage optimization model and the charging under the two-stage optimization model,are simulated and analyzed.Research results show that using the two-stage optimization model,it can reduce the load fluctuation of the grid without increasing the cost of electricity purchase,and achieve the "Peak shifting and valley filling" effect.
