| With the development of society,building energy consumption remains high.In the past,people paid more attention to energy saving in air conditioning.In fact,as an important part of building energy consumption,the proportion of energy consumption of water heaters in building energy consumption has jumped to second place,so research on domestic hot water is also necessary.On the one hand,designers currently refer to domestic design specifications when using water supply and drainage design,and use standard values to calculate load and select equipment.However,due to the diversification of building functions and types,design specification parameters cannot accurately reflect actual conditions.On the other hand,there are many different types of heat sources,and we hope to be “tailor-made”.Based on the above situation,in order to reduce investment,reduce operating costs and save energy,this paper takes a resort hotel in Guangdong as an example,and tests and compares with previous research parameters to study the heating characteristics and heat source suitability of actual projects.This paper first obtains the hotel’s architectural function form,regional climate characteristics,energy use status and the hotel’s important parameters-occupancy rate through field research and testing,and then analyzes these factors one by one in the article.Then,in order to achieve the purpose of refined design,this paper compares the standard values with the individual measured items,and analyzes these factors from the per capita water quota,the hot and cold water temperature,the daily use time,and the number of units used in water.The impact of the results.Then the paper lists several heat source forms commonly used in the market,introduces their principle characteristics,the advantages and disadvantages of the categories,etc.,and combines the actual characteristics of the hotel with the focus on heat source characteristics,climate characteristics,building characteristics,energy prices and so on.The heat source is compared and the air source heat pump is finally determined to be the best choice.Finally,in order to verify the actual effect of hot water reform based on heat source selection and meticulous design in a hotel in Guangdong,based on the field test results,the front and rear heating levels were compared;the performance of the unit was analyzed and the outdoor ambient temperature was given to the COP.Impact;at the end of the paper,the initial investment and operating costs of the boiler hot water system and the heat pump hot water system were compared in detail,and the impact of gas price and electricity price fluctuation on the final economic advantage was explored. |
