Development And Application Of Adjustable Human Engineering Verification Model

It is very important for vehicle design that whether or not the layout of the passenger compartment meets or exceeds the target customer or market positioning needs.And accordingly,these ride "needs" contain a lot of subjective factors,such as whether or not ride comfort and driving operation is convenient.These factors are difficult to be evaluated by setting simple objective indices.And enterprises should add some subjective evaluation aspects in the automobile product development process to ensure that the desired results in the market can be obtain for the product.In order to determine the research direction of adjustable man-machine authentication model,this paper studies many kinds of "man-machine validation model"(seating buck)which have been adopted in several famous automobile enterprises.And by determining the controlling conditions,manufacturing the models and devising the evaluation method,the purpose of the subjective evaluation in product concept phase of the crew space is finally achieved.This helps to make the products have more reasonable man-machine space design indices at the beginning of the design.A key point of this paper is to determine the entire man-machine validation model adjustment scheme.This part of work requires that the benchmarking data are adequately analyzed,the corresponding market positioning of the project is referred to and the most influential dimensions to product performance are understand.Besides,the mechanism should be achievable.In addition,it is another research point of this paper that the subjective evaluation indices and methods are determined and a reasonable evaluation cycle to guide the original design is devised,resulting in the final determination of the main man-machine performance indices.Because there is no mature subjective evaluation plan and relevant experience in our company,this task is a big challenge to our team.
