The Human Comfort Simulation And Evaluation Research Of The New CDV Base On The China Manikin

With the vehicle application to be universal, the People will pay more much attention to the ergonomic comfort base on the vehicle type and structure and fuel consumption realized. Ergonomic comfortable assessment is the core content for the vehicle design development. It is continue work in the development process. So much influence items for the driver and passenger comfort of the vehicle. We will research the ergonomic comfort of the vehicle de-sign base on the Ramsis software system in the Catia work station in this treatise. We will be integration the CDV design process to expound the important for the ergonomic comfort in-vestigation.This paper has six parts, the main contents are followed:First, Identify the relationship between the projects and anthropometric values of man-machine engineering, and establish the body size database files by the RAMSIS. The three-dimensional human body models such as the5th、50th、95th male and female is built by the RAMSIS. Next, the comfort factors of the driver and passenger is discussed. The range of activities of driver each joint in the comfort of the premise is researched and analyzed. The rating scores is given accord-ing the range of activities of each joint. Finally, the comfort simulation analysis for the oc-cupant commonly behavior is accomplished based on the CDV car model and China human body models. There are so many items will be researched in this thesis, for example the view assessment, the operation convenience and so on.The thesis will go deep into the ergonomic comfort research and it also shows the sub-ject evaluation for the vehicle design. It is also the strong argument to confirm this thesis’s research for the progress for the ergonomic comfort. And another side it show it is very im-portant for the vehicle concept design for the ergonomic comfort research. This thesis is also helpful for the ergonomic comfort research.
