| With the increase of building quantity and building energy consumption,the development and utilization of renewable energy and waste heat resources,and the efficient application of fossil energy,the regional cooling and heating system,as a centralized cooling and heating source supply system,has a variety of energy combination forms,which can realize the cascade utilization of energy and improve the energy utilization efficiency.According to statistics,there are more than 30 district cooling and heating systems in operation in China.However,many district cooling and heating systems in the cold and heat source scheme design,due to the unreasonable load prediction and equipment selection,resulting in the actual operation of the system effect is not good,can not achieve the expected energy-saving effect.In order to achieve more convenient and accurate evaluation of energy resources,prediction of cooling and heating loads,comparison and selection of different schemes of cooling and heating sources,and realize the scheme design of regional cooling and heating system of "overall planning and phased construction",this paper,relying on the "key platform technology and collaborative drive of smart energy saving industrial park"(2015dfg62270),an international science and technology cooperation project of the Ministry of science and technology,carries out regional cooling and heating The research and development of dchs-sds is expected to provide auxiliary tools and technical references for the design of district cooling and heating in China.First of all,based on the engineering cases of regional cooling and heating system at home and abroad,five common forms of cooling and heating sources of regional cooling and heating system are summarized: natural gas CCHP system,water source heat pump system with cold storage equipment,water source heat pump system with natural gas CCHP system,regular electric refrigeration system with natural gas CCHP system,and conventional electric refrigeration system with cold storage equipment,so as to construct the In this paper,the simplified physical model of district cooling and heating system is studied,and the function of dchs-sds is designed.Based on this,in the design software of district cooling and heating system(dchs-sds),Three functional modules are designed: cold and heat load forecasting module,energy resource evaluation,system equipment selection and cost calculation.The cooling and heating load forecasting module includes the cooling and heating load database and the calculation and analysis of the cooling and heating load of regional buildings.In this paper,the typical buildings,such as residential buildings,hotels,shopping malls and offices,are selected to simulate the annual cooling and heating loads of 9 representative cities in five building thermal zones,i.e.severe cold,cold,hot in summer and cold in winter,hot in summer and warm in winter,and moderate.The database includes the annual hourly cooling and heating load,hourly cooling load of design day and unit area index of design heating load of the above representative cities.The load database supports supplementary entry of cooling and heating load of other building types and cities.The energy resource evaluation module combs the main indicators of energy price,shallow geothermal energy,waste heat resources and other use conditions,so that the investors or designers can compare and sort the available energy resources of the project.The module of equipment selection and cost calculation includes 5 kinds of common cold and heat source equipment database of district cooling and heating composite system,typical composite system selection and capacity determination,typical composite system operation energy consumption calculation in winter and summer,system initial investment and operation cost calculation.The system equipment database supports supplementary entry of other system equipment(equipment model,capacity,performance parameters,price,etc.).Based on the design concept of the above four functional modules,using visual studio as the software development platform,using C ? language,this paper has completed the design software of district cooling and heating system,which is named schs-sds.Finally,in order to verify the rationality of the software design,taking a district cooling and heating system project in Chongqing as an example,dchs-sds is used to systematically calculate the cooling and heating load,energy resources,composite system form,energy consumption in winter and summer,initial investment and operation cost of the system,etc.Based on the comparison of annual operation cost and initial investment,it is recommended that the "ice storage equipment "Water source heat pump system" is a more suitable form of cold and heat source system for the project,which can make good use of the time-sharing electricity price in this area and the low-grade cold and heat sources of river water. |
